Grant Hoskins has B.S. degrees in Hospitality Management & Business Administration from the College of Charleston located in Charleston, South Carolina. Grant started his hotel career at the Belmond Charleston Place Hotel, an Orient Express luxury property in Charleston, SC. He has held every hourly and management position in the Rooms & F&B Divisions throughout his career, which gives him the ability to connect with each and every team member.

Grant has worked for three hotel management companies including Interstate Hotels, the global leader in rooms and properties managed. As the owner/property liaison between RLJ Lodging Trust in Charleston, SC & Key International in Savannah, GA, Grant protected the owner’s asset and delivered the top performing hotel for each portfolio.

Grant most recently led the development and the opening of the Courtyard Marriott Pigeon Forge in Pigeon Forge, TN. The Pigeon Forge property, under Grant’s leadership, was awarded the 2016 Courtyard Marriott Opening Hotel of the Year award based upon overall hotel design, leadership, sales & marketing, customer service, financial performance, and community service. The Courtyard Marriott Opening Hotel of the Year award is the highest award a new Courtyard Marriott branded hotel can receive from Marriott. The award goes to the highest performing new hotel in the global Courtyard Marriott brand.
